I'm recommending the Law of D. Villanueva to anyone who is seeking dedicated and determined professionals help. It's more family oriented to me than just my legal concerns being pushed through a judicial system. Derick is a wonderful human as he is a lawyer. I was in a nasty car wreck. I fired my last lawyer because he was a fool and completely useless. Mr Derick a lawyer and military veteran fought hard on my case and I received 350 thousand in my settlement. I used the money to pay off my student loans and to buy a house. I love this man.

Derek and his legal team were awesome! I had a nasty slip and fall at a fast food restaurant becuase there was spilt soda on the floor that nobody cleaned up. I had a dislocated hip. Received $150,000! Would not hesitate to refer him to my friend and family!

Attorney Villanueva is so personable, accomodating and very professionally astute. How many Attorney offer to meet at your home for an initial consultation? Mine did! I really appreciated all of his knowledge/expertise in his field.
