Kirby Clements is a simply outstanding attorney. He handled my case with professionalism and candor. I was very nervous about my case and its outcome, but he was right there with me every step of the way. He never missed a court date, kept me updated on every situation regarding my case, stood his ground before the opposing counsel, and developed an excellent rapport with the presiding judge. It wasn't too long before he had the opposing counsel ducking for cover and the judge eating out of his hand (smile). I would definitely refer Kirby to anyone (except the opposing side) looking for legal counsel. E.
