Lack of communication and updates with clients
“When consulting her she will make it seem that she is on top of things. That her and her office staff are the best choice you could make in a lawyer, but when actually being her Client she won't even keep you updated on your case.”

Difficulty in accessing information and documentation
“Will always have no new information till you yourself go to immagration and they provide the most recent info. When you call to talk her she is always with a client and will call you back (never calls back) or the security says she's not in the office and has no clue how to answer or assist your questions and Luzmina still doesn't call you back.”

“still manages to up charge you and always tell you owe her money when no paperwork is given stating the exact amount.”
