Only hire Thomas Mondelli if you want a professional, best possible outcome and as much patience and hand holding as you need. I've hired several attorneys over the yrs and have been treated like dirt, humiliated. Start to finish 2.5 yrs later,Thomas Mondelli stayed attentive and up to date on my case. I suspect he spent more hrs on my case than what was charged. This is the 1st time I've considered an attorney to be fair, involved, non judgmental and respectful. Yes, I highly recommend.

I really don’t make many recommendations or even post opinions on social media very often. But the experience that I had with Attorney Thomas Mondelli is nothing short of exceptional. At my age, I’ve had a few attorneys in my life, but none of them and I mean none of them did the job that Mr. Mondelli did for me. I never had an attorney who listened to comprehend what I was telling them, and didn’t ask me was I sure of the injustice that was done to me. An attorney who not only understood the injustice that was done, but told me exactly how he would right the wrong & then followed through. I hired atty Mondelli, had a consultation, paid him the down payment of 1000.00, He waited until court date, to text me and said he had something to come up. He never filed papers with the court to let them know he was representing me, Till this day, he have not contacted me, and i have been unable to reach him

The field of the justice system can be dark and gloomy, and most of the times it is. Blindly picking a lawyer is literally playing Russian Roulette, but I will vouch for Mr. Thomas Mondelli. He is patient, a great listener, promptly responds to all sources of communication even though he has a busy schedule, and genuine care for the client is there. I hired Mr. Mondelli after a rough experience with the guy I fired over many issues, and I can't find anything he can improve on.
