We came to this firm for a will and a trust within the will. When you talk to a lawyer, TRUST is the operative word; Mr. Kearse displayed an intangible quality that indicates trust...spontaneous honesty in his speech, emotion, and actions that is rare to see. The firm was impressive and first class in all interactions we had with them. He was forthright and helpful; never a dull moment; truly a delight to be around. The documents (to the best of my judgement) are comprehensive, complete, and so forth...also a great value for the fee charged. (11-20-18)

My husband and I found dealing with Mr.Kearse and his staff to be a very pleasant experience. Clearly his years of experience are reflective in his calming demeanor and thorough knowledge of the law. Every step of the process of completing our will and power of attorney directives were laid out to us up front, and completed exactly as promised. We signed our final documents today and have already recommended this attorney to a family member.

We were referred to Bernard due to relationship with another firm, and couldn't be more pleased. Estate planning can be overwhelming and confusing, and he was gracious, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient with our questions. A second marriage can carry alot of baggage and heirs, and he helped us sort it all out in a fair and just (and agreeable) way.

Mr. Kearse was very helpful with setting our wills, power of attorney and advance directive of health. We had some areas that needed direct supervision and wording. He was very kind and knowledgeable about any questions we had. It was a pleasure meeting him and his assistant, who also was extremely helpful. My husband and I were very satisfied with his help setting up our documents of our final wishes. He was extremely courteous when we had to pause for some time and we had a lot in common with him.

I was the sole inheritor of my mothers estate, and upon her death she had no will in place. Bernard and his team (esp Alaina) helped me through the arduous and time-consuming task(s) of becoming administrator of the estate, even though I lived over a thousand miles away out of state. He/Alaina were very thorough and timely in responding to all of my inquiries, and they continue to follow-up with me even now that the estate has been sold, to be sure that I am aware of things that have to be done (by me) are done correctly. I could not have asked for a better, more professional and competent team to work for.
