I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident (in 2019) that was not my fault. My first attorney did not have any experience litigating motorcycle cases. He was slow to move on the case and was not looking at all options in terms of recompense. After several months of inaction, I handed my case to Allen who, from the very first call, made it clear that he was familiar with how to litigate motorcycle cases - he also rides - and identified ways in which we could achieve a better settlement than just the liability coverage of the other driver which covered less than 25% of my medical expenses. Over the course of the next 9 months, Allen did a great job representing me. He was quick to respond to my requests for updates and patient with me when I asked how the process works. (This was my first time pursuing a civil case.) Through his efforts we were able to settle the case without having to go to trial. I am content with the settlement amount and know that I would not have got anywhere close to this had I stayed with the attorney I had originally hired. What I liked about having Allen represent me was that he was my lawyer from the first meeting until the verdict was read. And while I was satisfied along the entire journey, I was especially pleased when the verdict was read!
