I have been a client of Arora Law since 2019 with my complex case in Georgia. Together with Manny and the paralegal staff at Arora Law firm and with Devin Rafus and Charles Cullen as my lawyers, who helped me clear my name and closed out my misdemeanor case that drained me both emotionally and mentally for seven years. Charles Cullen handled our son’s case with sensitivity to his mental health challenges and the unique circumstances under which he was first arrested. Due to the backlog of cases in Fulton County, we endured over two long years of waiting and worrying following his initial arrest in February of 2022 until the matter was successfully negotiated in October of 2024. This was a stressful period for our son who has mental health issues which made a difficult time even harder for him to endure. Mr. Cullen always extended himself graciously and with professionalism to us and our son. He always kept us informed of the status of negotiations and answered all our communications promptly. We never had to wait to hear from him or to respond to our inquiries, which would have been even more stress-inducing. With his help, we navigated this very upsetting matter to a reasonably good conclusion. Mr. Cullen has empathy for individuals who deal with mental health challenges; those whose personal problems sometimes lead to confrontations with the legal system. He understands the ins and outs of trying to get the best possible deal for clients when aspects of the case are attributable to an individual’s ongoing struggles with severe psychiatric issues. More importantly, he is able to convey to prosecutors that allowances should be considered for a defendant where mental health issues are involved. Charles has a thorough understanding of the laws which can help protect these individuals. Under these special circumstances, we are pleased with the ultimate outcome of our son’s case and the fact that Mr. Cullen was able to ensure that no permanent criminal record will remain following a compliant probationary period. All in all, this appears to be a fair conclusion to a very regrettable incident which might have otherwise completely destroyed our son’s life. Mr. Cullen’s sensitive and expert efforts on his behalf have now given our son the opportunity to wipe the slate clean, continue getting the care he needs, and move forward with his life free from the burden and stigma of a public criminal record or the trauma of incarceration. We are grateful for Charles Cullen’s thoughtful, professional, and patient handling of our son’s case.

I have never needed an attorney prior to this year. At 50+ years old I have never been in trouble with the law, much less committed a crime. Unfortunately, our small-town police attitude had no desire to show any discretion following an alleged fender bender that I did not know occurred. Still doubt I ever hit the other car. No damage to my vehicle and only grainy long-distance video that showed no contact between the vehicles. The police inspected my car with a fine-tooth comb and no damage whatsoever. That didn't stop them from issuing a hit & run violation and stacked other violations on top (revenue generating department). David was referred to me by a neighbor and I am so glad that I reached out to him. He was able to negotiate a lesser charge and avoid any criminal offense. Which could have ended my career. David's attention to detail and his communication is 2nd to none. At every step he described the process and potential consequences answering my questions without hesitation. He even would respond on the weekends and evenings! I would not hesitate to refer David to my family and friends (if needed). Because David fought for me and was diligent, I have been able to rest more peacefully and focus more on my family and career.

I would give this law firm my highest marks for sure! My son received a speeding ticket back in November of 2023 in Emanuel County and although we paid the fine, we had overlooked the fact that it was a classified as a "super speeder" offense. This created issues for my son, but Charles Cullen was able to unwind this conviction eight months later. Charles worked with the local officials and completed the change in just a few weeks! Great work Charles and sincerest thanks for all of your efforts!
