What I thought would be a relatively easy go with my now ex-wife turned into a protracted battle of everything. What should have been simple became contested. Thank goodness I decided to go with Emily Yu. She is the best. If you need an attorney that is laser focused on your needs and desires and doesn't push you in the direction they want, Emily is for you. She is compassionate, articulate and is not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone. I loved how quickly she responded to my questions either in email or on the phone. I especially loved how I never felt like she was over billing me. There is no other attorney I could recommend for a contested divorce. It's a guarantee that you spouse will not enjoy going up against her and opposing council will know they are in for a scrum. Emily is worth every one of your hard earned pennies.

I can't put into words what a blessing Emily was to work with during an extremely stressful time in my life. She was kind, patient and caring while at the same time she stayed professional and truly had my best interest at heart. She was very easy to talk with and answered all of my questions and concerns with genuine compassion. I knew she was the attorney I wanted from our initial conversation.
