I've worked with Rick Crowson on several matters and the experience has been amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty in many situations. Thank you for being so attentive to my needs, aggressive when the situation called for it, and for always being focused on our objectives in the most efficient ways possible.

If they do not want to represent you, they will not honor the free consultation they have on their website. I called them last week to inquire about the free consultation. A paralegal, Lauren, took my called. She emailed me and told me that the lawyer declined to represent me. I never met with a lawyer or anything at all. I gave them vague details and just wanted THEIR consultation because their website popped up on Google for government liability. I was hoping to hire them. In the email Lauren sent me, the subject line was Clayton County Sheriff Office, which has nothing to do at all with my inquiry; this leads me to believe they misunderstood my inquiry. So, I replied to her email for clarification. She never replied back. I called her to get a better understanding on why they would not do the free consultation and why they declined to represent despite not knowing the details on why representation is needed. She told me they do not handle criminal cases. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER I AM NOT INQUIRING ABOUT A CRIMINAL CASE!!!! She refused to listen and seemed frustrated. In the end, she said she'll reach back out to the lawyer for more info. I felt dismissed and emailed her to disregard.

I worked with Hilary and her staff throughout the entire process. They were very professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs assistance with a slip and fall case.
