Called they said would take the case sent all info the requested and never heard back from them finally got a call back 3 weeks later I told them thank you but no thank you found an attorney that returned calls and makes us feel like a priority

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had with Alex Simanovsky & Associates. Despite my initial hopes, it became abundantly clear that this law firm seemingly has no regard for their clients' time, concerns, or requirements. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness displayed by Bill from their team has been nothing short of appalling. After several attempts to reach out via phone calls, email, and even leaving messages with their receptionist, I have yet to receive a single acknowledgement or update regarding my case. This complete radio silence has left me feeling ignored and uncertain about whether Alex Simanovsky & Associates genuinely wants to handle my case or not. As a potential client, I expected a professional and timely response to my queries, especially considering the importance and urgency of legal matters. Unfortunately, this law firm's unprofessional behavior has not only wasted my time but also led me to question their competence. The complete lack of empathy and courtesy displayed by Bill has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is disconcerting to see a law firm so disorganized and dismissive of their clients' needs. The absence of even the most basic communication has led me to look elsewhere for competent legal representation. I would strongly advise anyone considering Alex Simanovsky & Associates to think twice before entrusting them with their legal matters. The careless and unresponsive behavior demonstrated by their team raises serious doubts about their professionalism and commitment to their clients. There are certainly better options available, and I urge you to seek them out.
