I could write a book on this lawyer. I've never had to hire a lawyer, and i must say he's nothing like the reviews I read. This man thought right off rip, I had money because I got pulled over by a dirty cop and the cop found less than an ounce of marijuana, gun(clean) in my car and ridiculously charged me with 2 felonies because I had a gun in the car. I talked with another attorney, and he recommended Mr. Schnipper#. I immediately called him and explained my situation to him. He immediately told me I needed $10,000, and he needed half upfront. So my daughter sent him half of the money after looking at his reviews. I remind you that the cops took my phone, car, gun, and I had a couple hundred dollars in the car. I had to get a new phone 3 days afterward. Immediately called him and gave him my new#. He never called me at my# but always called my daughter#, and she'd relay the message. He was my lawyer 11 weeks, and I decided I didn't like how he was handling my case and never returning my phone calls back when he said he'll call you back. Guess what? He wanted another $7000 from me along with the couple hundred dollars found in my car in order for him to try to get my car back. I'm not mad or anything about the choice I made, I just want someone who's considering a criminal case to be aware and don't go by reviews. Idk was it just me or what, but all I know is that my case didn't seem to be $17000(total rip off) for less than an ounce of marijuana. Which someone planted in my gas cap because I don't even smoke. I've spoken with several other lawyers since, and their prices were all the same for my entire case. $7500. I asked for the $5000 I've given him back, and he said NO, he worked for that. Seriously, people do your homework before hiring MR. SCHNIPPER 👎🏽 With him being my lawyer 11 weeks , I could go on and on in a book with the way he made me feel like as if I was at a loss from the beginning, just so he could keep charging me. Again, I had to give someone my own "REAL EXPERIENCE" & I could prove it💔

All thanks to David, Pre trial went better than we anticipated it would go yesterday. Two of the three charges dropped, probation & no prison time. Trust the process when working with David. And, let me be clear, I had my reservations regarding a few things. However, I was impressed with David’s aptitude and attentiveness in the days and weeks leading up to what would be my final disposition at the DeKalb County Superior Court. David’s presentation and the way he defended my case in court was what I expected and more. He is was a humble and honorable officer of the court, particularly when interacting with the judge and the various prosecutors that touched my case. Five years of patiently awaiting a resolution was well worth it. Thanks again David!
