I hired David to represent my teenage son on a misdemeanor theft charge. I met David on the day of my son’s court appearance to do a plea. David is extremely experienced, competent and straightforward. He got my son a great plea deal for a 1st time offender so no conviction will appear on his file when he goes to apply for a job- it will be sealed! I really appreciate his help. I needed an attorney to represent my son for a probation violation in Henry county. We live in SC and my son has not set foot in Henry county in almost 3 years. From my (our) one past dealing with Henry county, I knew I had better have a damn good attorney even though I thought it was a minor incident. Since we live in SC, I spent hours and hours on the computer trying to find the best attorney. I read reviews, cross referenced cases, multiple sites..judicial records. law reviews..peer reviews....everything I could think of looking up I did. I came across Mr. Schnipper pretty early in my search and he became the standard to which I was looking for the best attorney. In all of my research, on paper, I could find no one better. It was nothing compared to in person. He is more than fantastic. I could not have made a better choice. Magician or miracle worker does not nearly begin to do justice to this man's skills. Out of 40 plus people with parole violations, my son was the ONLY one that went home that day. I also discovered that my son's minor violations were not minor at all and they were offering 2 years prison time which they graciously cut to 6 months. Mr Schnipper had to take this case all the way to the mat and convince the judge but somehow he did and won. This scare put my son on the straight and narrow but if I ever need an attorney for anything in Henry county or Georgia, Mr. Schnipper would be my only choice. I did my homework and it paid off in spades. I just hope I can save someone a lot of legwork. He is the best and I am the most grateful mother in the world. All the reviews are true!!! I hired David after reading his reviews because unlike a lot of other lawyers he didn’t have not one bad review. I tell you worth all the money. He worked with me on a payment plan and did more than he promised for my case. I’ve hired lawyers before and they were not as advertised. Words can not explain how grateful I am. I had a felony case were I could of served 20yrs and he got it down to 45 days. I recommend David Schnipper to any and everyone needing legal assistance or just a good lawyer that is trustworthy.
