David is PHENOMENAL, I have used multiple attorneys though out the years and he’s the best I’ve had yet. He gets back to you immediately and stays on top of his cases, he’ll actually reach out to you before you get the chance to. He was able to get me the best deal the court could offer with ease, he’s on time for court dates & with my case I didn’t even have to appear to most calendar calls. If I’m ever in need of an attorney again he’s the only one I want supporting me. Worth every penny

David took care of a legal matter for me that ended up being a bit more complicated and involved than it seemed at the outset. David helped me through the entire process, reassured me, described in detail what was happening, and generally made a stressful situation much more comfortable and bearable. I couldn't recommend him more.

I spoke with them and sent all of my paperwork on 8/27/19. Bill Samek Intake Paralegal replied it would take 7 to 10 business days to review the documents. After 2wks I called to check the status. Bill, in a huffy rude tone stated "He's still deciding whether to take your case". Here we are 8 weeks later and not even an email or call ? I agree with these other comments on never returning messages. Simple professionalism... say yes we'll take the case or no we don't have time nor want the case. Pathetic and how does this firm have 4 stars? Obviously I sought a better firm.

Dismissed!!!! I can't stress this enough...... GET COMPETENT REPRESENTATION!!!!!!! David is the most comprehensive and effective lawyer I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. Let him do his thing. Even if you don't hear from David every day, he's definitely working on your case with fervency. David is extremely focused and passionate about what he does, so don't worry. It stresses me out every time I see people go to court, for something other than a traffic citation, without a lawyer to represent them. Took the case and then 3 months later after multiple attempts to contact them they sent me a letter saying they decided not to pursue my case.
