I hired Alex and his team to help me with a lemon law case. They were very easy to work with and told me up front what kind of paperwork I had to provide. I was a little leary at first because there is no out of pocket cost to me they negotiate with the car dealership the lawyer fees. It just seemed to good to be true. You do have to be patient, it does take a while but when you do call the office to check in they never make you feel like you are bothering them. Everyone I spoke with there was great!! I would reccomend them to anyone dealing with a possible lemon law claim!

I’m a commercial driver that receive a citation in Atlanta,Ga for passing through a intersection while the light was yellow, but officer stated the light was red. Weeks later I receive another citation for traveling down a unrestricted street that prohibits commercial drivers from traveling in Union City,Ga. But no signs anywhere stating trucks restricted from traveling down this roadway. I was a little worried that these citations would lead to points on my license and an insurance premium increase. So I reach out to Attorney David at Schnipper Law Practice who was very responsive from my first call. Second follow-up call thereafter from Attorney Schnipper to confirm my court date at that was it. When the court date / disposition were completed. I ended up having the case dismissed as a zero reporting violation, no points, for my road restriction ciatation and I paid a $75 fine for my red light citation to go away with no reporting violation, and no points. Attorney David Schnipper fees were very reasonable and more than paid for what would have been the cost of increased insurance rates over time. I would recommend Attorney David Schniffer to anyone needing a traffic violation attorney for minor to moderate traffic offenses.

I have dropped this lawyer do to unethical treatment to client... I tried working with Alex and his team and it was awful... poor communication skills.. huge reason... another big reason he mixed up my case with someone else... Literally they could see everything of my stuff then I could literally see everything know their stuff even though we have no relationship.... Most of Alex's reviews are from his friends that he works with.. how am I ever going to get a binary conclusion with ford motor company #fordtransmissionsettlement if this lawyer firm does absolutely nothing and does not communicate with the person he is "trying" to help...a lot of talk, but no actually help... thanks for trying.... every questionable attorney... calling the bar GA and other law complaints ... especially after what ford motor company told me...

They have very poor communication skills. Once they set up your case, you won’t receive another email from them!
