Can be rude, condescending, and unprofessional in communication with clients
“He is very rude and unprofessional. Does not provide avenue for good communication about your case- fails to inform you promptly of important milestones in your case. Explains and talks to clients in condescending fashion. Uses profanity if client challenges or disagrees with any suggestions or better yet owes him.”

May not always follow through on commitments or provide expected level of service
“He had told me NOT to turn myself in until he arranged a deal. 3 days later, with a warrant out for my arrest, they were banging on my door to drag me off to jail!!! At that time, he advised me to hide in the closet and not answer the door- blatently breaking the law! I paid the price for his advice, and dearly.”
