Contacted Deming law firm in 5/6/24 as they are the registered firm for pre-paid legal in the Atlanta area. Talked with Allison Humphrey on 5/6 for less than 6 minutes and was asked to submit documents. Documents were sent on 5/6/24 with a confirmation email returned. That was the last I ever heard from anyone at the firm. I sent a message on 5/8 to try and confirm the documents did actually come through and received no reply. Talked with a representative, not attorney, the morning of 5/10 and was told I would hear from the attorney by 3:30 on 5/10. No call, no message, nothing! That’s exactly what you will get with this firm NOTHING! Spend your time and money with a lawyer and law firm that will actually show some concern and effort. Follow your own path but you have been warned. Deming law firm is a prime example of why lawyers have a bad reputation.

Not a great experience. Long and no reply at all times on a time sensitive case. Using legal shield.

I have been with legalshield who assigned this lawfirm to me for over 20 years. The first 19 years before the pandemic, they were great. After 2020, their service and attitudes toward their own clients have tanked. I have made numerous complaints, I have recorded lots if evidence of their many rude and condescending behaviors as proof of their growing patterns of running off clients. They have no empathy for your situation, they are impatient and they are short with you. This seems to be their culture. I recently bought my son a membership once I became his legal agent and every call extreme rudeness was evident. Its not legalshield, it's the law firm. This Lawfirm has the WORST interpersonal skills ever! I have a Masters degree in Criminal behavior management, but these lawyers behaviors are worse and unwarrented!

Been requesting services for over 2 weeks and haven’t heard from an attorney. I’ve heard from everyone except for an attorney. This law firm and LegalShield is trash. I will be concealing my subscription. Pretty sure I can find better quality service elsewhere.

I got connect with these people through legal shield. When I say, worst experience, I mean worst! 1st, the old lady who sounds like she eats cigarettes has the absolute worst attitude. I can't believe that this is who the company has representing them. She talks to you like you're crazy & less than nothing. She's short with her answers. She doesn't take the time to explain anything, but she has all the time in world to yell at you for asking question. 2nd, I really did not get any help whatsoever about the divorce I'm calling in about. All they can tell me is, most lawyers would charge $3-500 an hour & all I get is 25% off because I have a legal shield membership. Being that I'm just a regular person, with a regular job, $500 an hour is absolutely not in my budget. After being yelled at by cigarette lady & basically being cussed out, I'm still left own my own at the end of the day. I wasted money on a membership, was talked to crazy by the people at this company & I still have to go to divorce court alone & wade waters I've never been in before. I completely understand why people represent themselves in court instead of hiring professionals scam artist. If I lose my divorce case, it'll be on me of course. I now know not to ever trust the thought process to hire a lawyer. This is a collective community of people who scums of the earth

Get a better receptionist! Please READ THE REVIEWS save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!!!!!!

PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. Just look in the last year they have the worst reviews for a reason. The “receptionist” refused to give me their name. Such terrible customer service, at this point I don’t even want to speak with an attorney. And looking through the previous reviews about the attorneys there. Save yourself. DONT IGNORE THE REG FLAGS. I just know this is a terrible company the way they condone the “receptionists” to treat people!

The person answering the phone has the WORST customer service ever. If you guys hire people like that and I can’t imagine how terrible the attorneys must be to condone that. The guy or lady keep cutting me off midway in my sentence and then kept putting me on hold every few seconds/minutes. After awhile I asked to speak with some else they said I am the only person here and hung on on me. WOW I don’t even have business with these companies yet, big RED FLAG!
