Been a LegalShield member for over a decade. This is my provider firm in GA, but I have a firm in every state. They are always Professional and provide top-notch service above and beyond what's contractually required. No complaints whatsoever.

Very thorow and timely

I am so grateful for LegalShield and Deming Law! I've been a member for years and I have called for help with a few things and have always been satisfied with the assistance. The reason I'm writing a review today is because I just realized today, that I could write a review, and because of my awesome attorney for today, Bob. Robert A. Leonard was very kind and helpful. My traffic citation was reduced and that's exactly what I needed and wanted. Of course I had to pay my fine to the court, but I cannot believe how fast he worked it all out. By the time I walked up and introduced myself, he was already giving me good news. I was mentally prepared to sit in court all day. Instead, I was in and out really fast. In fact, I bet I could have moved even faster had I not gone to the bathroom. So, with this extra time, I figured I'd write a review to say thank you to all of y'all who work with the firm, with LegalSheild, and of course Bob, Attorney at Law! (If you are not a member, I highly suggest you become one. Having legal help in your back pocket is such a blessing that many don't know they need.)

With every case they handle for me the review drops a star unfortunately. And try calling legal shield to complain about the attorneys they connect you with... It's a joke honestly. The cases that were handled well for me were the ones in which I already had all the work done for them and all they had to do was have a letter typed and mailed. Bottom of the barrel as far as customer service. And I honestly have little faith in the attorney handling my current issue.

I’m a member of Legal sheild and this is the go too firm and they’ve helped me win a case in court against a car dealership who scammed people out of money ! I absolutely 100% recommend this firm!

CSRs are told by management not to even attempt to call the attorneys because 90% don’t care and have their phones go straight to voicemail or don’t pick up and their goal is just to get people off of the phone without providing good service. Stop wasting your money on a firm that doesn’t care about you as a client.

Yes, I have cancelled my membership with legal shield a couple of times due to the customer service from Deming, Parker, Hoffman. Have not received a call back on my case, they say they will call back and never do I even called this lawfirm outside of legal shield and indeed they are rude. The attorney kept cutting me off in mid sentence because in his mind he knew what I was going to say before I said it. I'm sure they have lost money because of their nasty attitudes, I know they lost mine, because I got a pretty descent settlement through another attorney who actually listened to what I had to say. The attorneys at this law firm are ran down they are not going to provide good service for 29.95 a month you may get 2 sentences out of them and it is going to be with an attitude. In my experience they don't even provide good service for cases that are definite wins.

I do not recommend this law firm. The main reason is the lack of diversity among the staff. Totally out of touch and condescending toward the needs of most working people. A small law firm which lacks the brass to win BIG! The staff rarely returns phone calls and emails. They were apathetic toward my personal injury claims. The firm is endorse by Legal Shield which I am a proud member. Thus they provide some representation a la carte for LegalShield members.

I am a legal shield member and was connected with Jacqueline for my medical spa business documents. She captured exactly how I wanted to be represented and protected within my business. She drafted a collaborative agreement and a non disclosure agreement for my MD. She was such an attentive person to my needs and if there were questions I had; she always had an answer. Highly recommend Jacqueline by far!
