Terrible legal service and advice

They have assisted me with numerous issues including establishing two companies, estate planning and a few other items. Each time the staff and attorneys have been courteous and prompt. I highly reccommend the firm.

I’ve been using this law firm’s help for over four years for business related matters. All i can say, they are indispensable! The response time is usually short, the results are outstanding! I suppose it depends on the nature of each individual business; however, in my field, their assistanse and guidance are valuable. Thank you!

My lawyers for almost 20-years, they are simply the best at what they do!

Not only do they move incredibly slow despite the level of urgency, they play both sides of the fence! This so-called advice isn't even free. You have to have a membership that costs $25/month to even speak with someone. Then they take 5-7 days to respond each time. In my honest opinion, Falgun Patel gave me "advice" then turned around and gave my opponent the exact same "advice" to use against me. It's too much of a coincidence to me. I am appalled and disgusted by a company who clearly sees nothing wrong with misleading people and taking advantage of their vulnerability. NEVER AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! ***this is my personal opinion which I am entitled to****

Want to give negative stars. Used their service through Legal Shield for a traffic violation. Attorney failed to communicate and advise of what the status was. When finally had a court date, attorney did not show up! Do not recommend.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I am a legal shield member and wanted to use the law firm for a ticket (failure to maintain lane) I received. Legal shield was easy to use abd directed me to this law firm. They contacted me promptly. The date to appear was Feb 2 will due to the attorney not being avaible he filed for a countuniance and said before that date he would have it figured out. I did not hear anything for 4 MONTHS! If I wanted to know something I would call sandy (his assistant) and she was uninformed on anything he was working on. He never called back when I left messages and the only way to speak with him was through text and he would only reply after days. I get a letter in the mail my court date was set for August 1st. I spoke with him via text again he said he would be there. Come August 1st I'm in the court room and No Adam ruff and the solictors wont speak with me because I have an attorney. He did not call text or anything saying he was not coming. This is unacceptable. So now I have to wait for another court date abd who knows if he is going to show up or even let me know. The only thing this company cares about is the money and are absolutely horrible at responding. This is a very simple pay the ticket be done that will last over a year because Adam Ruff will not prioritize my case.

I have seen some of the complains being they dont do much beyond writing a letter. well, here is the news flash: even at writing a letter, they are not very competent. So far, I have dealt with 3 revisions just for my son's first name on a letter! And every revision takes almost a week to respond. I highly recommend legal shield to contract their legal work out to high school kids, they can usually spell a first name on a letterhead much more accurate than this law firm!
