This is not a good attorney office at all. They seem to pick & choose when they want to make an effort in helping you. I was refer to them by Legal Shield. If this is the best Legal Shield can offer, I wasted money using Legal Shield.

Love the firm, have had very good success with most of the attorneys. Have recently gotten a couple that I feel was questionable

I am beginning to believe this whole world is only about money and all law firms are full of "IT". I thought that as a network of people you would have a leg to stand on though Legalshield. Deming, Parker,etc will not go to court without you paying big bucks. Oh thank you for "writing" a letter. After the letter is where they get you. When people won't represent an elderly senior citizen (unless they have the $$$), on a fixed income,who pays into Legalshield, who is being harassed by The HOA association, being told there going into take them into foreclosure,something is definitely wrong with that picture. This person on a fixed income, pays there mortgage and HOA dues,etc. Anyway I am just painting a picture. I guess a member should just be ok with a letter and getting a will done. Anyway.....

Excellent lawyers, good parking and excellent employees. Mike Deming is a great lawyer. I would recommend them to everyone.

I highly discourage anyone from using this firm. I am a Sr Associate for Legalshield and this firm has done less than the bare minimum the few times I’ve asked for help. None of my cases were remotely finished. If there is an issue someone will call and harass you constantly just to make you feel like it’s your fault and not theirs. Stay away!

After many years of being a customer through legal shield I warn you of their bad service, inexperienced attorneys, and lack of commitment with my interest as customer.

Horrible service lawyers do not follow up.

as a Legal Shield member I have called them Monday about a letter from Public Storage I received that day about my storage unit with them in another state. It said they would start painting the unit one day after I got the letter, and that I could drop by thier office to get a drop cloth to put over my furiniture and art work. The Legal Shield attorney suggested I do nothing and wait to see if they did damage to my unit and then go after them. I said no, I need you to call them and tell them the notice was too short and they better not damage my belongings. Never heard from her after that. Lousy advice.
