This law firm is terrible. I’ve called numerous times and always get told my case management team will call me because they are on the other line but they do not call you back or update you on your case ever. Nobody can give me answers about whats going on with my case.. ridiculous

WARNING ‼️ WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! I HAD TO FIRE THEM TODAY AFTER A RACIST VERY DISRESPECTFUL WHITE MALE CASE MANAGER WHO I DONT KNOW AND HAVE NEVER SPOKEN BEFORE YESTERDAY TO BASICALLY CALLED ME A WACK JOB AND DELUSIONAL BECAUSE OF THE DAMAND AMOUNT IM ASKING FOR THAT I MADE EXTREMELY CLEAR BEFORE HIRING THEM WHICH THEY CLEARLY AGREED ON AND SAID OK AND WE WILL TAKE YOUR CASE. YOU DONT ASK A VICTIM WHAT AMOUNT THEY ARE SUING FOR THEN AGREE TO IT ONLY TO GET THE CASE THEN TWO MONTHS LATER CALL THE VICTIM CRAZY FOR ASKING FOR THAT AMOUNT!! I RECORDED THE CONVENTIONS IVE HAD WITH THEM AS WELL…. These are the messages I’ve had to send to them yesterday as a result of the disturbing phone call I had with that case manager: The disrespect I got from the white male case manager I spoke with who’s handling Ms. Danajiah’s files in her absence is beyond reconciliatory and unacceptable and has taken me further into depression, next after speaking to an actual attorney after having to call ten times this morning and threatening to come into the office if I continued to be refused to speak to the attorney was very ill informed regarding not only the success rate of his law firm but regarding all the real facts of my case yet I was told by multiple people in his firm to be more realistic and expect to drop my numbers of expectation. Because only people suffering from defamation of character can expect to get $4 million but a woman who is extremely germ phobic, and had to experience a whole roach in her mouth from a coffee that she drank with the roach in it cannot expect to get millions he didn’t have any facts of my case any facts of what’s going on with me any facts of the loss of wages, the depression, the post traumatic stress disorder, not anything at all. They have on my file is that I almost drunk a roach so due to this law firm’s blatant disrespect the fact that I have not been taken seriously and the fact that I am not respected by the first guy who’s handling my case worker’s files continued to disrespect me refused to address me as Ms. Robinson, I requested that he addressed me as Ms. Robinson three times, and he simply refused until the very fact that I told him that he was being recorded all of these recordings will and can be exposed on every social media site including YELP and GOOGLE not to exclude the Georgia Bar which I will be filing a complaint with today and any other agency that I can file a complaint to such as the Better Business Bureau trust Pilot etc. THEY have not helped me in any way, however they have caused me more pain and suffering in my case, and for that, I do not feel that they are competent enough to handle my case.

Not a good law firm. They are super unprofessional. They Do Not communicate with their clients. Never pick up the phone. I’ve been calling about my case since it happened and no one is answering. PLEASE do not go to this law firm. It’s a complete waste of time.

I highly recommend this company they handled both of my personal injury cases with profession. They got me the maxed amount for both cases. I’m forever thankful

I was assisted over the phone by a rep named Madonna. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

The only reason why I'm doing a review is so it doesn't happen to someone else. I called and talked to the receptionist, asked about my situation, and told her that I didn't think it was possible and didn't want to make a consolation if I didn't have a case. She assured me I had a case and the lawyer could explain it on the consolation. They told me the consolation was the virtual call of 45 minutes and $200. I sent the information they requested and paid for my consolation. It was a 7-minute video call, and the lawyer told me there was no case. It just a scam they knew from the begging there is no case.

~BEWARE~ Please do your research before hiring these people. Their turnover rate for caseworker's is ridiculous I had at least 2 different ones. My case just got settled a few days ago from Nov 2022. They reached out to me and it was good for the first few weeks then the calls and updates got less and less. They stopped answering my calls and emails. The receptionists are horrible. They screen calls so most of the time they will not answer, transfer you to your caseworker's VM, or say they're out or at lunch or will say they will send a message to have your caseworker call you (which rarely happened). Judith was one of my caseworkers she's straight but if you're busy then just say that instead of not responding at all. If you do choose to hire them don't go to too many appointments or unnecessary MRI etc. because that's where ALL your money will go. Don't bother commenting on my post about libel and slander because your service was horrible if leaving reviews are such then GOOGLE wouldn't allow them
