Absolutely the worst! The level of communication is in the trash! The receptionist will send them a message and they NEVER answer or return calls like she says they will…I always have to call, they never call to give an update like they CLAIM they will..when I finally Get someone after days of calling they never have an update it’s always the same as it was weeks ago which seems to me like no one is pushing for completion, they are just waiting around! Their services should be free because what are they really doing????

If you’re going to give up 1/3 of your settlement get you an attorney that communicates with you. Once I signed the contract I never heard from them again. Many calls and emails went unanswered. I would not recommend using this attorney.

You all need to learn how to communicate with your clients by sending follow up emails and calls. The level of communication is out-of-this-world unprofessional. The paralegals do not seem to know how to perform basic tasks and cannot seem to explain simple processes. Please get the communication problems resolved so that future customers will not be left in the lurch not knowing the status of their case.
