During my time with Cambre and Associates I experienced a constant change in representation. The firm rarely provided me with updates. Lastly, they transferred my case to a different completely law firm without informing me who settled the case within 2 months. Would not recommend! Kudos to David at Thomas Law Firm, thank you!

At first I was hesitant about this firm. The beginning process of my accident case was rocky. The person that was over my case I had heard she was no longer with the company and this was about maybe one month in of her working with me and it took me making several phone calls to find that out. Sometimes they answered the phone and sometimes they didn’t. Reason I left a star off. But my case was assigned to Gabriel and team and that’s when I noticed a tremendous change. She let me know on the first call that she would keep me up to date every two weeks. Gabriel did not disappoint me at all. She was very informative of my case, she answered all of my questions, called me every two weeks with updates as she said. I never really had to call her and when I did she called me back in a timely manner. The turn around of my accident case was about three months and my case was settled with a check on the way. Due to Gabriel and her team I was a happy client that didn’t have to worry if they forgot about my case or even if they cared. Their team work spoke volume to me. I would recommend this Firm keep up the good work guys!

They are not about there business.... it's risky dealing with them.

My rating will probably change when my case is finally done..lol.. right now they are probably doing the best they can. I'm just getting impatient I guess...

The service is very bad. The response to calls is very bad. Dealing with customers is bad. No one calls you or gives you any update. Today I called more than five times and I did not receive any response from anyone. I will not deal with you again and I will not recommend anyone to deal with you.

I am very impressed with the experience that I've had here at Cambre and Associates at the time of my accident I really did not know who to reach out to but after finding Cambre and Associates y'all really made me feel like my case was important and that you were concerned. I really enjoyed my attorney Mr Christopher Spoo he seemed concerned and was determined to make sure that my case was a success I really enjoyed working with all of the Cambre team that was at the firm. Being everyone was very courteous and made sure i stay up-to-date on the progress of my case.
