My experience with this firm has been totally awful from the beginning till the end; from a random guy named matt that called me about my case and sold me false hope of being able to win the case and promising to win and defend me for my property and bodily damages; coming to find out nobody in the firm even knows who the hell matt was , to inadequate documentation of my case, to my case manager telling that they cannot represent me for my property damages and then assuming that they informed me which they didn't because matt doesn't even exist at this point and now they were going to still defend me for personal injuries because under their instruction I have been visiting the chiropractor and they have been treating my case a personal injury case because I hurt my back from my accident, to now me getting a call from someone in the firm leaving me a message saying that they cannot represent me again and they have dropped my case. The level of dishonesty and unreliability that this firm has shown me has been way too much for a firm that is supposed to support you and stand for you in cases where you are the victim. I hope no one else goes through this incident because it is extremely frustrating! AGAIN THEY REACHED OUT TO ME and still failed me. I absolutely don't have any reason to lie about this. This is real.

Mr.Spoo was amazing from start to finish he was very transparent educational and honest and he moved really fast from the time my case hit his desk. While moving fast he was very efficient as well I would highly recommend Mr.Spoo and his team to anyone looking to pursue any legal claims

Worse communication ever!!!!! They take too long to settle a case!!!!!! Just the worst law firm ever! Lol ok so y’all it’s the 11/1/2021 I’m talking about!!! We can’t even talked to the lawyer!!! So no I’m not taking it down cause it’s all true!!!!!!!!

I Never received a call from her only from the assistant that sent me to a chiropractor for about a month.. The chiropractor end up calling my phone saying I had A balance of $1,500 that needed to be paid. I reached out to latasha again only hearing from the assistant that told me that latasha would give me a call which she never did and now it’s on my credit

Erin and her team are really great to work with. Elia is super efficient and really knows her stuff. She helped me with 2 immigration cases which were both successful. My first case was approved much faster but my second took what felt like forever (due to Covid and other minor issues) but in the end it all worked out. Carrie made sure to keep me in the loop and gave great advice at all points. Erin was also always there to answer any questions and was always so patient. I’m very thankful to them…now I have my kids, husband and parents with me in the US.
