Cambre and Associates was a great experience. The intake department was swift and friendly. Charles Adeyeri made sure I saw a doctor the same day I signed with their office. I would highly recommend anyone to call Cambre and Associates if they are ever in a car accident!

It’s been months since I’ve filed my claim and I have not received any updates. Every time I call I cannot reach my case manager. I’ve left voicemails and sent text messages to no avail. My case manager has been changed time and time again. Reception does not seem like they care of my frustration. The few times I did receive a phone call in the beginning of my claim they would ask the same questions every time which is also a bit frustrating because that information should be on file already. At this point I’m losing faith that my case will come to settlement or that I’ll ever receive any correspondence or updates.

I used this company before a few years ago and had no problems, now its an issue with there response time which is none. Not sure is they got a new staff but oh well I wasted enough time with them, time to move on.

You get the review based on the result, if your firm would have did more to put money in our pocket versus delaying the work so long that other things happened that created a issue which lowered the result of your work, then maybe you would have gotten a better rating. I'm pretty sure you still have clients flowing in so I'm pretty sure this rating does not reflect your business or ability to generate business. Just know we will not recommend you to anyone else and we will not ever use your services that's all. You have been best just to ignore it, but now here we are. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
