I was working for a small startup in Atlanta when they initiated my permanent residence application with Elliot Immigration Law. Shortly after that, the startup got acquired by a much bigger company. As part of the acquisition I was given the choice of continuing to work with Elliot Immigration Law or working with a "bigger" immigration law firm that handles the new company's immigration/visa cases. I chose to continue working with Elliot Immigration Law for many reasons, probably the most important one is that having worked with Erin Elliot in the past I knew what quality of service to expect; Erin is very responsive and professional, she's handled all visa applications for me and my wife well. She kept us informed and explained to us what to expect at every step of the process. During our interview with USCIS, Erin showed up on time. Prior to that she made every bit of effort to make sure we're well prepared for the interview and kept us informed via email and text messages.

Let me start off by explaining that I was already working with another law firm, prior to switching over to Elliott Immigration Law. This other firm shall remain nameless, but is also based in Atlanta. The reason I switched was, because the other law firm really didn't keep me informed, nor took the time to guide me through my Green Card process which resulted in a few very impactful and highly inconvenient incidences. Erin Elliot who leads Elliot Immigration Law in really in stark contrast to my previous experience. Erin is very friendly, responsive, takes the time to answer all your queries and most importantly actively LISTENS to your questions and concerns. It seems simple, but service is absolutely key when it comes to your immigration future. I certainly felt like I was in safe hands with someone that cared about me and going through the complicated immigration process. Although you will also be liaising with her assistants you realize quickly they are all experienced and professional. For example, my previous law firm had me send all my CRITICAL IDs and documents via EMAIL(?!). Erin uses a platform for secure and encrypted upload that is very structured based on the step of the process you're in. The price for her firm's services were even lower than the prior one I was with. I always knew where we were in what stage of the overall, lengthy and intricate process for attaining my Green Card. I mean, in my case it took me 4 years, so it's really important to know where you stand, what's expected and what you need to prepare to ensure the process moves on smoothly. I included a picture of Erin so you can put a face to her firm and excellent service. I can only highly recommend.
