I've had the pleasure of working along side Erin for multiple years until very recently and I can confidently say that Erin is the type of attorney you would want handling your immigration needs. Her and her team are hands on, attentive, compassionate and pride themselves in providing their clients with excellent care to make them feel taken care of through these trying matters. UPDATE: My husband was assigned another lawyer to work on his case and she was a complete 180 from before. She communicated with us and fought hard for us, even throughout this Covid nonsense. I was thinking that the hospital was going to drag everything out because of Covid, but she came through and got a settlement that we ave been waiting for. I have adjusted my previous review of 1 star and made it 4 stars because of the new lawyer. I wish I had her name, because she deserves recognition. She is who we really needed from the beginning. My husband was in a motorcycle accident in 2018. The lawyers were great until they they realized that that the at fault driver had the state minimum allowed ($25,000). My husband's medical bills and loss of wages was way over that amount. They were able to get some of the bills lowered, however, there are 3 marks on my husband's credit now, over a year later, because there are some bills that have gone unpaid because the lawyers were supposed to be "negotiating" the remaining balance with the hospital. Some bills were paid, the lawyers were paid, but the hospital wasn't, and my husband only got $1000. The rest of the money was put into escrow so they could continue to fight with the hospital. It has been 11 months since that happened. We can not get in touch with anyone about the case. We email, and call and get nowhere. We only got a call back when I said that I was going to report them to the bar association, and that phone call was just to say they would call us back the following week. Guess what, no phone call was ever received. I called and left a message, and because I was at work I left both my number and my husband's number. I got a call back, but I could not answer the phone, but no call was made to my husband who would have been able to talk. Today, another message was left on the voicemail and I bet there will be no return call. I have no choice but to follow through with notifying the bar association. What I need now is a detailed list of all contact between the lawyer and the hospital to show that they have even been contacting them. At this point, I feel like they took their fee and drop the ball on everything else.
