Ms. Bethany was my case manager for my case that recently closed out with the firm. She is extremely dedicated, caring, and very helpful. She answered all of my questions, and took time to explain anything I had questions about or didn’t understand. She always followed up with me and made me feel welcomed and cared about. She would call and ask how I was doing and how things were going.

My experience was truly amazing from the beginning to the end. The front staff was always so pleasant over the phone and in person . My Case Manager CJ Raven was just awesome and tentative he was really with me through the hard days this guy made this transition so smooth it gave me a peace of mind because he never failed when something was needed for my case. He was always on top of things and had right words to say. My Attorney Kimberly Settles was extremely detailed and humble. Don’t let me miss she was very knowledgeable and a great listener of how I felt in every part of my case and for that she is truly amazing. Attorney Glenn at end wrapping up the case was extremely detailed spoke in terms that I understood , he went over and beyond in negotiating my medical expenses. This team was just all around amazing.
