I couldn’t be more pleased with Allison Affleck from the company. My case had a change of venue and we faced a very difficult judge who did not allow Allison to present a proper case and ended up giving me a partial ruling. I appeal and ended up back with the judge. The whole time Allison was positive in obtaining the right documentation to submit and this time she was able yo cross examine the doctor the judge had. Everything went in my favor but the judge ruled against me. We appealed again and finally after over eight years received a fully favorable ruling taking my benefits back to day 1. During the whole time Allison went above and beyond for me because she said I deserved the benefits. The whole firm was very professional and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the representation I received from Affleck and Gordon and I have and would recommend them to anyone especially. If I can give a higher rating I would. Thank you again Allison for all of your hard work and dedication on my case.

Allison was superb during my third appeal for disability. I handled the first to myself and was declined and I should have called them from the beginning. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer and getting headwinked. Turns out it's a flat fee and worth every penny and more. I was a fool not to do it sooner. During my hearing the trial lawyer was a real intimidating jerk, I hung up at the end in tears. Allison called me after the fact and assured me that in 2 months if we got a negative appeal we would just file a fourth one rest assured.
