Jeffrey Diamond Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us. We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go. Atty. Diamond was quick to understand and grasp the implications of our case, much to our relief! When he took this on, he explained everything, step by step to us, something for which we were most grateful. His communication skills are second to none. We would receive daily emails updating us as to what was happening, with detailed explanations. We couldn’t have asked for more. It’s no wonder Atty. Diamond has been named “Super Lawyer” by his peers for 10 years running. Not only that, he teaches Insurance Law at both John Marshall’s Law School as well as at Georgia State University College of Law. If I were a lawyer facing Atty. Diamond in court, I’d be intimidated enough to run the other way! But not only is he competent, he is very humble and treats his clients and opposing lawyers with great respect and understanding. I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. He could have taken on my case for me but it was not beneficial to me in the long run and would have less to repair with if he took my case but instructed me on immediate steps to take to protect my interests. He is a True GEM and if I ever need him in the future, I know he is there with expertise and experience and has familiarized himself with my needs.
