I know I was hard to get a hold of. Like I never spoke to her (I work alot ), but she did try calling and even tho I couldnt speak she still got the job done in a timely manner. I didn't even think I'd get much money back if any but I did! I woke up and received a generous settlement. Amazing woman janelle sanchez is. I definately recommend her.

I must say Attorney Ducos is one of a kind. I was actually recommended to her by my realtor. I reached out inquiring on whether or not she would be able to assist with my daughters MVA case that occurred last summer. Unfortunately my daughter was struck by a hit and run driver and since my daughter was driving a 2000 honda she only had liability insurance. We had a previous attorney who held onto her case for months before realizing there was no insurance . While Ms. Ducos was not able to take my case she took her time explaining the law to me and a little thing called uninsured motorist coverage. Long story short she knew within a few minutes she wouldn’t be able to take my case but she still answered all my questions and was as sweet as can be. Now that is customer service.
