In the short time that Cheryl Corley has handled my case she has done wonders ,she did more in a couple of weeks than previously attorneys did in months . I want to say thanks for your expert assistance .

Me and my kids were in a car accident in November 2018. We called monge and associates and they got all my info and wanted the documents for the accident and advised us to go to the hospital to get checked out and we did..the accident was on a Thursday and I got placed with a team by the Tuesday afterwards.. her name was Janelle sanchez..to be honest when she first talked to me she kept calling me by someone else's name so I wasnt to sure on this company at first.. i had my doubts since i dont like lawyers but i knew i needed one because I am a mother of 5 and 4 of my kids are under the age of 4 and my husband works from 430am to 8pm everyday so i couldnt do this by myself i was injured and confused and didnt know the next steps to take..when i first talked to Janelle i was really doubtful of their sevices but I stuck through it and I did have questions lots of them but everytime she contacted me they just seemed to disappear and I forget to ask her.. but janelle checked in on me every 2 weeks like promised she also found me a good doctor to help with my pain in my back and numbing in my fingers and pain in my hip from the accident some days I didnt know if I could do it and still pushed through it but atleast I knew janelle was handling all this for me and I didnt have to stress about it..I did my research and I knew it was going to be a long process..i finished my road to recovery the end of February.Here it is the middle of March and Janelle contacted me about the settlement for my kids and I signed it. The only thing i didnt like is that they get 40% of each settlement offer.. that's a bit steep but I'm not the one to complain.. if I didnt hire them I wouldnt be getting as much as I'm getting.. it doesnt seem alot after what the insurance company does give you and then everything comes out and your net pay that you get is like a 1/4 of what your settlement is but I look at it is they did all the work and deserve the compensation that they do make you pay. And its alot more than what I would of got if I talked to the insurance company myself.. but I can say if you are in an accident get treatment if your hurt and document everything from pictures to mileage on your car driven to and from appointments and also document what you paid the babysitter and new car seats.. it will be a long process but just know if you get Janelle Sanchez she will do her best to get you what you deserve and need.. They might have alot of caseloads but what good attorney doesnt just be patient with them they are human too and are doing what they think is best for you and your situation..if I get into another accident or if anyone I know gets into an accident I will reccomend this firm and Janelle Sanchez she is professional and the do what she says she's going to do..

Monge and Associates did in a couple months what I couldn't accomplish on my own in 3 times the amount of time. Calling Monge and Associates was the best thing I could've done. It immediately took away the stress of having to deal with the insurance company while still being injured and going to work everyday. Thank you all for negotiating on my behalf and getting the job done! I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I know EXACTLY who to call!
