I had an awesome experience with Monge & Associates. Rabecca Mason was my case manager and she made sure to keep me abreast of the updates and changes regarding my case.
The thing to remember about cases is that they take time (especially when you're dealing with certain sub-par insurance companies) so I really appreciated that Mrs. Mason was upfront and honest regarding how long the process may take.
All-in-all, the staff was always professional, friendly, and competent, and I would definitely solicit their services again.
