I had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Julia Barbani. She took great interest in my husband and I every step of the way. She made sure she kept in contact with us to update us on any information we needed. She even checked on us to make sure we were doing okay after our car accident. She worked very hard to make sure we received what we deserve. Thanks so much for your hard work! We were so blessed to find someone who really cared.

My case has settled and I cannot express how impressed I am with Julia Barbani. She took over as the attorney on my case and worked tirelessly to get a settlement that was satisfactory. She was ready and willing to litigate if I felt my settlement was not fair, but I know she did her absolute best to get me the top offer. Each time I spoke with Julia, asked how I was doing, not just in regards to the my case, but about me in general. I hired this firm to represent my son on his personal injury case September 2017. Rebecca kept me informed on the progress of the case which was good. In Feburary 2018 they reached a settlement offer. I am pleased with the amount of time that it took to settle which was five months. However if I can offer constructive and honest feedback I would say that I didn't give them a rating of 5 stars for the following reason: I am a small business owner. I informed Rebecca that due to my son's injuries I had to miss work to care for him and that I wanted her to also include lost wages in the claim. Her response to me saying that (I felt) was very dismissive and unwilling to answer my question as to how do I submit documentation proving my lost wages for self employment. The settlement was a fair amount for my son's injuries, however I feel as though I should have been able to be compensated for the lost income. So I would say that if a client is asking you how they should submit proper documentation, you shouldn't dismiss them by saying "I don't know what to tell you" and not acknowledge their concern. I figured seeing as how she's had experience with these types of cases, she should have known what steps I needed to take in order to submit those documents. Even though I was not happy about that, overall I am still satisfied with the outcome of the case and would recommend others to go with their firm as I would probably use them again if I ever needed to. The professionalism and diligence of this firm is by far the best that I have ever experienced. They are remarkably communicative and very helpful. Save your self more trauma and go with them, they are the best!
