Going To leave y'all a one star. Didn't even try and lied. Lawyers are a paradigm of wicked people. Jennifer Wingates says they will take the case and also Luis. After signing the paperwork they began to say they do not charge the client anything unless they win. However they chickened out because the case showed some complicity. This is a fraudulent business and false advertisement.

What an amazing experience! I made the first phone call to Monge and Assoc., and they took it from there! Jennifer Wingate kept me informed every step of the way. She would call me every 2 weeks....literally! Thank you, Jennifer, for the comfort and assurance you provided throughout this ordeal! And to top it all off , I got the maximum settlement! If you've been injured and are looking for the best care and results, look no further..... Monge and Associates is the best!!!

I’m from Australia and was involved in a MVA in Atlanta. Once I got home I was emailing my paid invoices for medical Treatment, keeping in constant contact and was ready to finalise the claim. All correspondence from Monge stopped, I tried emailing, calling and never getting any response until a few months later I received a letter saying they had cancelled the claim. No explanation of why. I’m disappointed, confused and thousands of dollars out of pocket for medical treatment.

Does not care about settling a case for you. I really believe that they work with the insurance companies so they don’t have to pay the clients. Good luck getting someone on the phone after you sign documents.
