To start off, my case is still open. I cannot say that I am very happy with everything this far. It was okay in the beginning but here I am three months after my medical treatment for an auto accident is done and still have not gotten to the demand letter for potential settlement. Every time I reach out for an update, that is when it seems like anything gets done. I tried to give benefit of the doubt about timing but now that I reached out on a Monday for an update and it is Friday and I haven’t heard anything back, I am a little frustrated to say the least. I opened a case using Monge and Associates in September, it is end of March now and I don’t even know who the attorney is that is handling my case. I’ve only communicated with the case manager or whatever the title is. I could not with good conscience to ever recommending Monge and Associates.
