I was injured in a collision March 2019. Monge & Associates was my third stop. I had little hope my case would settle due to advisement from two other firms. I had been mildly injured from being rear-ended by a young driver without any coverage and he was driving someone else's rental car. My body showed more damage than my car, so the rental car company did not wany to pay for medical treatments I had been given. The Monge team went to work for me and got the settlement that one large firm and another widely advertised firm said was not possible. This two-year-old case came to a close in a matter of weeks. It took one of the firms a year to simply inform me it could not settle my case. They gave me the run around and would not return my phone call for weeks. When I arrived at Monge, I had a few months left on the statute of limitation. I am grateful to my team of Mr. Scott Monge, Ms. Victoria Hall, Janelle and Attorney Rachael Buke for their expertise, sense of urgency professionalism, and excellent customer care. While my case was small, they did not make me feel small. These people respect others. Should any of my family members need an injury Attorney, Monge & Associates is on speed dial.
