The initial agent, Donna, took time to listen to me explain my accident and answered my questions. She left me with contact information to reach her and a client line. To be honest, it is the first time since my accident I have felt some relief on how to navigate my injuries and loss of property.

Hey I wanted to come back and leave another review for the awesome job Monge and associates did not with only one case but two cases with in a span of four months. What can I say about Monge and Associates that hasn’t been stated from my first two reviews 🤔 well there is this unquestionably. In my second review I thanked a lot of individuals from the beginning of this three year journey but I wanted to take the opportunity now to thank four individuals who absolutely brought my cases home down the stretch with maximin effort. Jackie Lebron, my absolute right hand when I couldn’t catch up with my council, a very busy individual with a hell of a work load daily, and Jackie would always fill in the gaps and be right there Johnny on the spot and a good friend to calm me down with cooler head prevailing speaking highly of my council when their were times I wanted to make changes and she was absolutely correct with me staying with my council, thanks a million Jackie, Shelea Thompson another right hand or left lol I should say fulfilling pretty much the same roll as Jackie but more in depth with upper management if I had any concerns about my case and she too did and excellent job and assuring me every time my concerns were minimal and that I was always in good hands thank you so much Shelea. Ken Letsch what a guy and let me add with most Law firms you never get as far up the management ladder conversating with higher ups as I did on many occasions because of my total impatience but Monge and associates always took the time to make me feel as if my case was of top priority over all cases and that Scott Monge himself was aware of whom I was and very familiar of both of my cases Ken was a big part of restoring my confidence and making me understand patience has to be a factor in this process as well as Jackie, and Shelea and Ken is a very important factor of the great upper management team that is Monge and Associates. lol now and finally to my Council a man who has totally changed my life not only financially but even with my outlook on people and mankind even restoring my faith with the outcome of my cases in a total higher source of belief, Mr Joseph Flieshman. I wanna start by saying Joey is not only one of the top litigation lawyers at Monge and associates but I would go as far as stating he’s top throughout Atlanta and the state of Georgia with what I’ve witnessed over a period of three years and I was told this by his peers of his talents early on. Joey covers all aspects of your cases while also on a personal note gives you advice and direction on your case guiding you through the process. His training sessions preparing you for such things as deposition hearings etc are unmatched preparing you very well in tense situations that could literally determine the outcome of your case and mind you I experienced all of this twice in a span of three years along with back surgery where I have to say the entire Monge and Associates family made me feel like absolute family constantly checking on me through the healing process post my surgery. I just want to say in closing to everyone viewing this review who’s considering Monge and Associates for your upcoming legal representation and legal council, practice patience with your case and the process because it will be long winding process and your council has a heavy work load and many other cases other than yours and I had to comprehend that through Jackie, Shelea, and Ken. Thanks guys, Monge and Associates without Question is the absolute top law firm of choice to fufill all your legal needs and I’m thankful to God for the firm and the individuals I’ve come across that have all changed my life not only financially but in all areas and aspects.
