I enjoyed working with the lawyer I was assigned. It took months to complete this case and she keeps you informed . I wasn’t sure about my outcome and she over delivered . They are a typical small claims empire but require a lot of prompting. Not the most reliant on helpful service oriented as you don't talk to lawyers, just assistants and case managers that may or may not have PII and HIPAA requirements met. They did get a settlement, but were prompted to give the claim after they took their percentage. The employees are all about the money.
