When I initially started the process I didn’t know what to expect. The staff here is incredible and the assisted in every way. Kristina was my point of contact, and she offered exceptional customer service throughout the process. Anytime I had a question about anything, whether I called in, or sent a text, Kristina always responded promptly, and answered all my questions. She exceeded expectations as settlement and customer service goes. I would definitely recommend this firm to friends and family. The service was professional, yet still personalized. They helped me get the care I need to get back to feeling 100%, and def got me the maximum settlement for my accident. 5 stars.

If one needs peace of mind when faced with a rigorous injury case, Monge & Associates is the firm. Case Manager, Jennifer Wingate is an amazing person and case manager. The firm handled our case with the utmost professionalism and care. I was really surprised when they voluntarily cut their fees 10 percent to get me a better settlement!!!! No law firm does that. It proved to me that they are not simply concerned about themselves, but truly cares about their clients. Simply amazing!!
