So far, very disappointed in the lack of communication and the level of condescending emails when there IS communication; No investigating has taken place in 5+ months, unless I have done it myself.

I was in my first accident didn't know the outcome. Attorney Shalanon Brooke did a awesome job great job with my case. Shalanon went about and beyond what I needed job well done. When I am in need I want Attorney Shalanon Brooke to handle my case. I can do a commercial how awesome and understanding Shalanon did. I was pleased with the turn out of my case.
