My son and I were rear ended with very minor injuries and a total loss on the car, I was not at fault. The insurance companies only wanted to pay out minimal compensation. Most of the accident law firms seen in the ads wouldn’t take my case because there was no major injury involved. Monge answered the phone at 3AM and accepted our case within the hour. The next day Tia contacted us and talked us through everything. Past that she kept us updated every step of the way through the process until we received our check. I was hit back in December. It has been the worst 10 months ever trying to deal with all the things involved. Sissy was the only person to help me. She always kept me updated and I never had to worry about what was going on. She was quick to return calls or messages. She listened to me cry and vent about what I was going through. She treated me with respect and really seemed to care. She was the only person in the 10 months that was truly on my side. I don't know what I would have done with out her.
