I'll start by saying that I hired Mike Hostilos firm originally to handle my auto accident injury claim, After incurring roughly 30k in medical debt through their providers and suffering large gaps in treatment due to their staff's inability to adhere to my night shift schedule I was denied funding for further treatment and Hostilos dropped my case after undeniable proof of serious injury. This caused a unique problem where I couldn't find representation for better of a week, Finally I sent out a cry for help after losing a job for pain and tardiness. Several friends recommended Monge and Associates, When I contacted them I was met with great optimism and enthusiasm for my case. Through cooperation and sharing of critical information about the previous providers and incurred debt, My case manager Jarrett Conley and assigned representative Julia Barbani were able to save me approximately 5/6 of the incurred debt through vigorous negotiation and having gathered all the necessary information to keep track of every dime spent even by neglect of previous representation. Extremely receptive to any information I could provide at any given time, I was even provided with transportation through Monge's funding agency to avoid the stress in making appointments on time not to mention my newfound caution even while driving well in normal conditions. Ultimately I'd say they took on my corrupted mishandled case with vigor and ease resting my insecurities whenever they arose, But wait there's more! Monge and Associates guranteed me an initial 33% charge and held that true at the end beating the competition's 40% charge. They even gave me the change, I couldn't be more satisfied with their hard work and dedication. I also recieved a literal book of gratitude personalized with my name on the spine.. I'll say for anyone being impatient with this firm. Give them time, Respect and the proper information they need to do their jobs and you will get a satisfactory result ☝️ Absolutely would reccomend!

Woo Chile, when I tell yall that, Monge is the place to go, listen, I had another attorney on my case, ( well named) they could never give me an update, remember who I was, just nothing, not remembering what they ask for, just a mess, so I rehired Monge, and Giselle was my girl, hands down, just so professional, courteous, friendly, like she actually cared. We chopped it up most times like we were home girls and I LOVED THAT. My experience with Monge & Associates was unsatisfactory. Throughout the duration of my case, I interacted with four attorneys and was consistently unsure of who my designated attorney was. I had to make multiple phone calls in order to receive a response, and each time I spoke with a different individual who lacked knowledge of prior conversations. Consequently, I had to repeatedly submit the same documents. After wasting nearly two years of my time, they terminated my representation without contacting me beforehand, citing non-receipt of a signed settlement that I never actually received. To this day, I am still unable to reach a manager via phone to gain a clearer understanding of what transpired in terms of communication.

I had a great experience working with this law firm from start to finish. The team always communicated updates, answered my questions, helped with special accommodations and fought for my case.
