So I posted a review last week and within 45 minutes recieved a phone call from their office apologizing for the issues that I was having. A man named Pete called to say that he wanted to go over my case and make things right. But, he requested for me to take down my 1 star review while he corrected the situation. Bottom line is this, I was appointed 3 different attorneys in 2 1/2 years since they took my auto accident case. I got as far as getting treatment for several months since being rear ended and then the company that was hired to manage my medical care stopped approving me for treatment. I told my attorney at the time that I wanted to close my case and settle since they would no longer cover medical expenses. Forward to over 2 years later and I walked away with $3500. I was rear ended by a guy that was not paying attention, I was not reimbursed in full for my vehicle damage only to wait 2 and a half years to walk away with chump change. I didn't expect to get rich but this settlement is pathetic!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS ATTORNEY!! Save yourself from the lies and frustration and go somewhere else!!! Also, if Monge & Associates thinks that sending a fruit basket makes things better....well let's just say that should speak for itself.
