As stressful as dealing with insurance companies are, the team of Tia and Craig at Monge & Associates made my experience the most peaceful. I dreaded being in an accident; certainly not one that left me bedridden in the hospital for 5 days. When I secured the services of Tia & Craig at Monge & Associates, they both helped to make me feel comfortable with the process. I am not one to be mesmerized by inflated promises, so I am glad they didn't, but they sure over-delivered and in a timely fashion. My biggest concern when dealing with people is the ability to keep me in the loop with everything going on, and I am glad that Tia went above and beyond in that regards. She took her time to explain things to me even when it felt like I was asking stupid questions....so thanks again Tia for being patient with me. In conclusion, if you ever need a firm to fight for you after going through pain in an accident, Monge & Associates is the one for you, and...ASK FOR TIA SPECIFICALLY!!!!
