I had amazing service and continuous updates throughout my case. Tia Cole was my Case Manager and her thorough explanation with any questions I had was handled professionally and assured with great patience. I greatly appreciate all her help and taking the time out to continue to keep me up to date with any further decisions being made. I personally recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding Case Manager.

If you could give a negative review I would this firm is terrible they would not answer any of my calls after taking on my case. I have been calling and calling for a week with no response and when someone does answer the phone they put me on hold for 2 minutes then hang up every time! I got injured 2 months ago and they are not following up with me at all. They don’t care about you. I’m am going with Morgan and Morgan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Great experience all around. The lawyer on my case was @Twila Harris. She and her team was very great with communicating all the steps we were going through. Even though we didn’t meet face to face, she went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything that was happening in my case. If i have any other incident i will definitely pick up the phone and call Monge & Associates right away. And if i could have Twila again, that’s the cherry on top!!

Craig Belliston is my lawyer and we are just finishing up my settlement. Since the accident things have been pretty hard, But he made this process very easy. I didn’t have to worry about much except some signatures. He always stayed in communication with me. I never waited long for a call back. He was always transparent and honest. I didn’t need to turn in much because he always made sure to gather any information on my behalf. This was very helpful dealing with a concussion and having issues with memory.
