I hate having to be the one to poor rate but as usual, being patient and trying to let things play out seems to back fire. Signed up with these guys in November, waited patiently, reached out in Feb, found out nothing was really happening and they were just then assigning my lawyer to work on the case... Almost April, havent heard anything, pretty much patience isnt key, guess you do just have to constantly bother them which is a shame, I tend to try to stay out of the way but this is my anecdotal experience so ohwell...
