I was in an auto accident in 04/2022 where my car was totaled … I initially contacted Monge & Associates for help with my case had given them all the information needed to start. During this process the at fault insurance company called me and gave me small settlements on each occupant so I didn’t think much of it after that. Monge kept calling for information to get billing and I was confused on why since I had accepted what the other insurance company offered, however I signed authorization and left it at that. I even changed my number since the ordeal… Out of nowhere I get “settlement acknowledgments” from Gisele Marcelin that I wasn’t even expecting but truly came RIGHT ON TIME!!! Gisele thank you for continuing to work on my case behind the scenes to get this closed out and resolved. You are truly a God send. Blessings!
