Thanks to Cally and her team with the wonderful staff at Monge and Associates I would not be where I am today with my car accident when I was hit by an uninsured driver.

I was a bit skeptical about allowing Monge and Associates to handle my claim at first simply because of a few reviews I read on Google. I became a bit worried when I would call and wouldn't get a reply in a timely fashion. But I have to say that I am actually glad that I did hire them because I actually got back more than I expected. They were nice enough to accept my claim at a lower rate to match the quote from another lawyer I was gonna hire. They made the insurance company pay for my medical expenses aside from the money I settled for. This gave me more in my pocket!🤗 They also got the other insurance company to round up from the final offer. 😉I just received my settlement cash yesterday(11/5). I rated them 4 stars only because of all of the chasing I had to do in order to get someone to call me back...didn't know that my case manager no longer worked for the company, which is why I never got a reply from him. Julia Barbani had her assistant contact me personally to assure me that my claim was in good hands. She contacted me every step of the way thereafter. Once I was in touch with them, it took all of two weeks before my claim came through. I would definitely recommend Monge and Associates to anyone that wants the max for their claim.
