I was told that I had to slammed up case each time I talk to a team member I'm told the same thing and that's I'm going to reach out to a team member and get back to you I feel the communication with this team could be better I stress to the team that I'm on a bicycle and I'm waiting for this case to be resolved so I can purchase transportation to be able to spend the holidays with my family the holiday is now arriving and I'm not able to purchase any transportation or see my family I am deeply hurt I hope my experience don't end up your experience.

Time was definitely not a priority, I would have to call to check the status of my case to be told someone will call me back to never do so. I was told 30 to 45 days once I completed all the therapy which turn in to about 5 months with no updates unless I call, to be told the same thing repeatedly. Once they did reach a agreement with insurance company and settled they called and told me, sent me the settlement thru email to sign off as agreed which was late September 2022 yet it’s late November 2022 and still haven’t received my check.
