I reached out to Monge in October 2021 to ask them to take on a car accident injury case where I was not at fault. The case manager, Jennifer Harris, was very engaged in the beginning while I went through discovery and treatment but since treatment ended in March 2022 the only updates I've received are "we're waiting on bills ". I've had to reach out to them monthly for updates. I've never spoken with my lawyer. I want to believe this firm is fighting for me but I'm concerned they aren't. I honestly expected better communication. I have no idea where my case stands.

I was trying to get a cases made with this company but they all were rude and nasty ..I’ve spoke to Mr.Robert he act like he was happy to help him and Tracy Im so glad I change my mind before they got my cases ..It seems like he was made I didn’t want to do my cases with him he hung up on me PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY SO MONEY HUNGRY

I appreciated the time Donna took to talk to me for 45 minutes and than another 45 minutes when my spouse came home to explain and talk to him about everything she already spoke to me about. I loved how she made me feel very confident in the firm and made me feel as though everything was going to be ok. My previous lawyer made me feel confident the first day and afterwards pretty much stopped communicating and was very unsure of his self and his abilities which lead me to seek other forms and I am so glad I found Monge and associates.

My case was taken last year I was in hit an run, my lawyer name is Rachel she is the coolest person and professional I had on my side, she closed my case out with me getting more then I thought I would've I'm not going to putting amounts on here but I will a say that I'm satisfied with the outcome, 🥰 I will definitely recommend friends or family to my new lawyer family! I will be shooting YouTube video when I get done with the paper work.
